Pauline, who is originally from mainland China, arrived in Quebec with her knowledge of Asian culture as well as knowledge of several languages including French, English, Mandarin and Cantonese. This gives her a definite advantage when the time comes to discuss and negotiate in the language of his interlocutors. Ms. Chen completed her university studies at McGill, obtaining a degree in actuarial science which she consolidated with an MBA. She practiced for more than 20 years in the highest corporate spheres in management and contract negotiations for large Quebec, Canadian and European companies. These qualifications and her ambition took her to the highest corporate spheres, where she was able to demonstrate her negotiating skills to a prestigious and demanding clientele across North America.
Felix grew up in Eastern Townships, then moved to Montreal to complete his engineering degrees at the École Polytechnique de Montréal. He then worked for several years as a structural engineer in the Montreal area, then moved around North America offering his consulting services in design, calculation, contract negotiation and project management. These projects were in the very particular world of the world's great fortunes, with the requirements of detail and perfection. The return to the Montreal region was made about 15 years ago, with a wealth of knowledge as varied as it is useful in real estate. practiced engineering as a consultant in the analysis, design and manufacture of structures for several firms for more than 20 years for some of the largest firms in North America and Europe.
Ms. Chen and Mr. Villeneuve's clients range from young professionals to stars, high-level expatriates from large corporations or international organizations, or owners of Quebec businesses.
Their experience in high-level contract negotiations has made them the most skilful negotiators, foreseeing all the moves in advance. They will know what to do to conclude a transaction, avoiding pitfalls.
